How engagements work.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you choose: a package, a single skill or a custom mix. Pricing is outcome-based: a base fee for your operator and the weekly rhythm, plus fees tied to results you can count, with a monthly cap so you always know the maximum. We never bill by the hour, and we share a clear proposal after the discovery call.

What counts as an outcome?

We agree them in week one, so they fit your goals: for example qualified leads in the pipeline, meetings booked, roles filled, a board deck delivered or targets sourced. Each outcome is logged in a shared tracker before it is billed.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We recommend three months for ongoing work, since that’s usually enough to show meaningful results. After that, engagements run month to month and you can scale up, scale down or pause with 30 days’ notice.

Can we hire you for just one thing?

Yes. Many teams start with a single skill, such as a board deck, a market study or setting up outbound, and add more once they’ve seen how we work.

Can we change the scope later?

Yes. We recalibrate every month. You can add or drop services, switch to a package, or move between Launch, Scale and Partner as your needs change.
